SITES

A Site is a physical location. The system has the capacity to set up multiple Sites Multi venue businesses. E.g., Business 1, Business 2 etc.

Locations will be assigned to their relevant site, employees can be assigned to multiple locations.

You can create as many sites as you need if they are within the same KINGpay payroll.

Creating a Site.

1. Click on the Settings / Sites.
2. Click on the Plus Sign.
3. Add Name detail in the field.
4. Click Save.

Editing a Site.

1. Click on the Settings / Sites.
2. Click on the edit item pencil icon.
3. Amend name detail in the field.
4. Click Save.

 

Deleting a Site.

1. Click on the Settings / Sites.
2. Click on the trash can Icon.
3. Select Delete.
