User Access lists which users are assigned to each workgroup and the level of access they have been granted. User access can be managed from the workgroup menu, users selected will have access to the rosters associated with the workgroup.

Editing a User’s Access.
- Click on the Settings / Workgroups
- Click on the Workgroup to be allocated.
- Select the employee to be authorised to the workgroup.
- Save then changes.
