WORKGROUPS

Workgroups are used to separate different roster groups.  Ie perhaps one roster for club staff and a separate roster for bistro staff or Management/Admin staff.  This allows for specific workgroup access for each user if required.  Locations are assigned to the workgroup enabling employees with the specified location to be included for the selected workgroup.

Workgroup Menu – Icon functions.

  1. Hide/Show Columns (Allows for selection of columns to view in table)
  2. Reload data (Refresh screen)
  3. Export Table
  4. Create New Workgroup
  5. Search

Adding a Workgroup.

  1. Click on the Settings / Workgroups
  2. Click on the Plus Sign
  3. Add Name detail in the field.
  4. Select the Site that the workgroup belongs to
  5. Check any users that are allowed access to the workgroup.
  6. Select Save

Editing a Workgroup.

  1. Click on the Settings / Sites
  2. Click on the Workgroup.
  3. Add/change Name detail in the field.
  4. Select Save

 

Deleting a Workgroup.

  1. Click on the Settings / Workgroup
  2. Select Trash Icon
  3. Select Delete

Exporting a Workgroup Table.

  1. Click on the Settings / Workgroup
  2. Select Export Table Icon
  3. Export Options – Select the one applicable to your programme.
  4. Select Export
