Public Holidays Settings

Hours – KINGpay has an option (enabled for full time as default) to autofill public holidays hours “not worked” within time entry.  This is set by default to 8 but can be changed if required in company settings / award.

To apply changes to all Full Time employees select company settings then award .  See example below for details.

When in the payrun if you wish to overwrite the autofilled value for an employee select the eraser under actions and the day will be cleared to allow start and finish times to be entered.
