ROSTERING

Setting up your Rosters in KINGtime.

 

Here you can check on Employee’s availability, Create rostering Templates and Activating a roster.

 

AVAILABILITY

Depending on the selection it will display the employee’s availabilities to work certain shifts.

 

  1. Click on the Settings / Rostering / Availability
  2. Select the sites from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select workgroup from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the period.
  5. Select the display 4weeks or 2 months.

 

Availability Key

Creating a New Template.

  1. Click on the Rostering / Template
  2. Click on New Template
  3. Click on Day and Location needed
  4. Left click in the shift box. A list of employees will have a tick for location and a tick for availability.
  5. Select the employee. You can copy into the next field or select and pull to a new field.

 

Loading a Template.

  1. Click on Rostering.
  2. Select a Roster.
  3. Select workgroup from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the date.
  5. Sort by Locations or Employees
  6. Sort by Day or week view
  7. Select Roster (top right corner)
  8. Select Load template
  9. Select a Template.
  10. Select Load – roster will populate fields.

 

Activating a Roster.

 

  1. Click on the Rostering.
  2. Select a Roster.
  3. Select a Roster Key (top right corner).
  4. Select Finalise
  5. Select Confirm Finalise

 

Editing a Roster.

  1. Click on the Rostering.
  2. Select a Roster.
  3. Enable the Edit toggle
  4. When alive it shows the shifting of the shifts and the addition by clicking with the left mouse button.

 

Editing a Roster Clock In Out Comparison.

 Click on the Reports.

  1. Select a Roster.
  2. Enable the Edit toggle
  3. When alive it shows the shifting of the shifts and the addition by clicking with the left mouse button.
