WEEKLY ATTENDANCES
Weekly Attendance is a weekly view of employees Rostered times and their Clock-in and Clock-out times recorded. Photos are stored until the weekly data has been processed and transferred to Payroll.
- Select the sites from the drop-down menu.
- Select workgroup from the drop-down menu.
- Select Sort By: ID /Surname / Name
- Select the Employee.
- Select the day. You can manually check employees in and approve their hours.
Adding a Clock In or Out manually.
- Click on Attendance / Weekly Attendances.
- Select Employee from list
- Select the Plus symbol in the required day.
- Enter the Time and select either Clock In or Out
- Save
Editing a Clock In or Out attendance.
- Click on Attendance / Weekly Attendances.
- Select Employee from list
- Select the edit pencil icon on the attendance block.
- Edit the Time and select either Clock In or Out, which ever needed.
- Click Save
Deleting a Clock In or Out attendance.
- Click on Attendance / Weekly Attendances.
- Select Employee from list
- Delete by selecting the Trash icon on the attendance block.
