WEEKLY ATTENDANCES

 

Weekly Attendance is a weekly view of employees Rostered times and their Clock-in and Clock-out times recorded.  Photos are stored until the weekly data has been processed and transferred to Payroll.

 

  1. Select the sites from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select workgroup from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Sort By: ID /Surname / Name
  4. Select the Employee.
  5. Select the day. You can manually check employees in and approve their hours.

 

Adding a Clock In or Out manually.

  1. Click on Attendance / Weekly Attendances.
  2. Select Employee from list
  3. Select the Plus symbol in the required day.
  4. Enter the Time and select either Clock In or Out
  5. Save

 Editing a Clock In or Out attendance.

  1. Click on Attendance / Weekly Attendances.
  2. Select Employee from list
  3. Select the edit pencil icon on the attendance block.
  4. Edit the Time and select either Clock In or Out, which ever needed.
  5. Click Save

 Deleting a Clock In or Out attendance.

  1. Click on Attendance / Weekly Attendances.
  2. Select Employee from list
  3. Delete by selecting the Trash icon on the attendance block.
