EMPLOYEE ANNIVERSARY

Employee anniversaries are checked annually from the employees start date or change of employment Status.

On each anniversary the system will check if the number of Sundays/Public holidays worked exceed the nominated threshold (default is 30)  If over KINGpay will add an extra weeks annual leave and reset the Sundays/public holidays worked.

In some cases you may prefer to accrue the additional week on a weekly basis.  If so you can override the Additional week field in the employees award settings.  This means that the weekly accrual will be calculated on 5 weeks so no additional week will be added at the anniversary.

When the additional week accrual has been added this will be visible in the History screen under the Annual Leave Tab

The total Sundays/public holiday worked since the last anniversary can be seen on the the leave report.
