Navigate to Company Details then select the Awards button.

This menu is to create or import Awards or Employee Agreements that refer to your company.  You can override award conditions where agreements differ from the Selected Award or import additional Awards if you pay different employees under different Awards.

As you click on each Award the employees that have been linked to each award will be displayed in the employee table


Adding a new Award

 Click + Add button

  1. Enter a name in the Name field
  2. Select the System Rule: This will be the award template that you wish to start with.
  3. Override any rules or Award settings that are pertinent to your company. See PAY CATEGORIES

eg Overtime rules for Full and Part-time, Allowances that you want to be attached to your Award, Accruals for ARDO/TIL, etc)
